Forest Park

One of the most popular St. Louis running destinations is Forest Park. Forest Park offers 5-6 miles of gravel and paved pathways that loop the area.

Clydesdale Park

Clydesdale Park is your perfect St. Louis running destination if you are looking to work up a sweat on some hills. If you are looking for the hills, head to the paved pathways in the wooded area.

Great Rivers Greenway

Castlewood State Park

Like Forest Park, the Castlewood State Park is home to a variety of interconnected trails that loop the area. The Meramec river also flows through the park and makes an excellent backdrop to your daily exercise.

If you are new to St. Louis or just visiting for a short time, you may be interested in signing up to experience the unique St. Louis running tour.
